I used this app to install effective pop-ups on our website. Although we have not launched yet, I would say Privy's customer service exceeds my standards! I always have questions and either reach out via their chat or via email, and someone always responds instantly. I will definitely write another review once we launch to see how our analytics are, but so far aesthetically, I really love what I'm able to achieve.
