That's pretty rotten that you change your app but don't bother to notify people. Here, we had our app all set up and getting ready to launch. Now, the app doesn't work ... all our manuals have disappeared. We found out what the problem was by reading the reviews today. That is an awful way to treat people like this.

Dear Gwyn,

Thank you for your review. We have just found the bug in yesterday and fixed it.
You have installed the version 1 and using it for free. You can use it FREE forever. We don't have plan to force you and other merchants to update to version 2. Just recommend you and other merchants should update to version 2. Because version 2 has more features than version 1.

One again, this is only a bug. Please forgive us for the bug. We have fixed it.
