Seriously. I installed the app, got everything set up (emails, customizations, logo, tweaks, etc). I had to reach out to their support for a couple changes, like adding the review stars under the title on the product page. Move the main review widget over. It's 10:30pm here in California, and they literally made all the changes within 10 minutes. Unreal. 1000000 stars!!
