as far as customizing goes and the ease of the app I do like it. I did test out the review column just to get a feel of how everything would work out currently I am on the free plan but as my business scales I do plan to upgrade. customer service is also great with their response time which is a must when you in a time crunch and in need of a fast response. one thing off the checklist, very happy so far with the service and application itself.
