Stamped Reviews & Loyalty

I want to leave the review not for the app, but for the support team. I am a technically challenged person and in addition to that i work on an outdated OS, so my problems are interesting and not very typical, i suspect. And i do add a lot of headache to the support on a regular basis. And i am telling you - they are the most patient people i know, they are quick in response, they do read the questions and they always help! Even when it means keeping certain functionality on an older version of their app. =) Keep up your great work!
