Peek! ‑ Better Replay & Survey

I used this app to gain further insight into the actions of our visitors and it does just that. It's a really cool app. I like it better than a heat map. It's easier to read, I'd like it to give me an analysis of its own how to reduce the bounce rate even further than I already have.
