This app does exactly what it promises to do! Although some features are limited, it's awesome that Peek offers free plan for starter to test it out. Live chat is also responsive and helpful. I'd recommend this app for all new/small businesses.
Really solid app. We used the free version for some time, but it was so good we decided to upgrade. It's worth it. You'll learn really useful things from watching the recordings that will help you know where to improve your site.
Great app to see specially if the visitors are reading your content or not or where they spend the most time. Its fun.
Fantastic Custom Printing Service!

They changed the interface and now you have to accept the paid plan to be able to installed it. Even if it is written FREE at the shopify store.
After they say you can change on the app. But you are still obbliged to agree on the paid plan otherwise you cannot access the platform. Be aware if you are installing it.
For me it is just an scammy act and they call it marketing. I hope this commentary changes something because I don't think it is a good approuch to customers. Please just be transparent at first on Shopify App Store.
I am still waiting for my refund that they say they cannot find it.

I started a free trial, which I canceled, however they charged me anyway. I have been asking for a refund for 2 weeks and every time I contact them they tell me to wait without any solution.
Hello! When you install the app, you'll start with a 7-day free trial of the Pro plan, not the paid version. You can see how many days are left in your trial at the top of every page in the app.
If you decide the Pro plan isn’t for you, you can switch to the Free plan anytime before the trial ends, and you won’t be charged.
There is an issue with the refund process from shopify's end. We informed them when reached out to us. They will manually processing the refund. :)
