The app is simple to use. Super easy to install. At first, just like any new app it may seem intense, but the app allows you to select and configure all the settings you will need to run a great search tool on your site. I moved away from this app and chose another competitor and regretted it immediately. The flexibility and capabilities of this app speaks for itself! Love the way it simply indexes your store products and catalogs. I use this app frequently and update my settings every week to improve my stores search feature.
The support staff is another reason why I switched back. Their support team is on it, and they usually get things resolved on the first try. Love this app and would recommend it to anyone!
I would love it if they added a design feature for the search bar but I understand why that's not a priority feature at the moment.
