I just upgraded from the free account to their Prime level. Had a few questions about using some of the new features and decided to use chat to get them squared away. Very impressed with how helpful the agent was - and how quickly and clearly my questions were answered. Thanks YOTPO. UPDATE OCT 2022:
I've been with YOTPO now for several years and have been super pleased with them. I needed to make a couple of changes to my subscription and Doner was brilliantly helpful with that! Then after finishing that chat/fix session, I realized I needed more help with a widget issue (started a new Shopify theme today) and this time I got Rhemy, who was a complete wonder. I didn't have to do anything! Rhemy managed it all for me so quickly. Once again, YOTPO has come through in spades :) FURTHER UPDATE: Absolutely everyone at YOTPO has been exceedingly helpful. Just now it was Jeorge. Bless him, he was a trooper to dig through this (hopefully) last tweak I needed for my new theme!
