We use this app to collect customer photos with our reviews. Of the apps we subscribe to, this one has the best ROI. Customer photos and reviews have an appreciable affect on conversion rates. One thing that sets this app apart from other apps are the ability to post galleries of photo reviews and generate social media posts or ads from customer reviews. We schedule our customer review emails to go out after a delay so customers have time to try the product, but we have also recently started collecting mini-reviews from customers as they check-out.
