Does not import Shopify contacts, it's pointless to download. The support suggests adding other sign up forms, so what's the point of having the app?

Hello,
We've checked your case and unfortunately, as my colleagues already told you, there are strict laws for sending SMS messages. Unfortunately, your list was not compliant with those laws.
Compliance is our number one priority and we would only allow lists from other text marketing apps, which have been neatly gathered. Just as an example if you message your clients without them opting in properly, you can get a lawsuit for $500 to $1500 per text message and we definitely cannot tolerate that.
