2 Feb, 2023: apparently, these folks are still at it. My use of the service has vacillated in the time since my original review (given the fullness of my off-line life), but I still appreciate how their email/SMS service continues to remain fresh & relevant to us "micro-" Shopify bizzers. Another round of thanks to y'all!

12 Dec, 2020: Nicolas & Jan seem to really bust their humps to provide a valuable tool AND service! In the short time I've had their app (roughly 2+ weeks), I've seen both technical improvements & a nearly unprecedented level of customer care responsiveness. Clearly, these guys are OVERachievers—big kudos & many thanks for all you folks have done (& continue to do)!
