SmartrMail Email & SMS

Do NOT use Smartrmail Enhanced. I used this app for years without problems. I got a pressure sale and BIG promised of how they were going to bring in big money for me.
The email automations they created had nice designs. However, they used AI to generate content, which caused errors (linking my business incorrectly, wrong address, most importantly wrong branding, etc), they lost 26000 email accounts, promised deadlines they could not deliver and did not deliver on, AND their recommended products feature glitched over and over again for months and the issue never got resolved.

All in all these "supports" caused loss of business and customer reach.

I asked for and was promised a refund for the loss of email addresses, etc. They then claimed they could not see the charges that had gone through every month. I shared screenshots with them of the charges, and they claimed that this was not sufficient proof. i spoke with shopify and they said this is the best proof I could give and they app had avenues to find out about the charges.

Don't invest in "help" from Smartrmail enhanced.

THEY HAVE NOT VERIFEID MY ACCOUNT, AND CHARGING ME PAYMENT EVERY MONTH OF $65.93. THAT'S SO WRONG. I HAVE NO IDEA, WHERE THIS COMPANY IS LOCATED, AND WHAT TYPE OF LAW THEY ARE FOLLOWING.

Free plan is very limited and that fact is not mentioned...

Easy to use creates a professional looking newsletter

Amazing app. It does everything I used to have to do manually. It takes such a load off me. Very simple and intuitive to use. The staff is great too. I had an issue and they jumped right on it. Definite 5 stars on this one.

The customer service with this app is personal, professional and efficient. It is also very quick. I had some issues with setting my currency correctly for my region and the queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently.

VERY easy to get started with email marketing with this app. Settings very intuitive and I was able to set it and go. With other companies I have used in the past, like MailChimp, I had to not only set up the settings, but then worry about the funnels, automations, newsletters and more - and in most cases, because I was not versed in what I was doing, my emails came out very amateur looking. Not so with SmartrMail.

Had some questions about more marketing I could do and took a Zoom call with Peter Connolly. Love the accent! But what I loved even more was his honesty AND integrity. He gave me an honest assessment of my business and in the direction I wanted to go and rather than just take my money like some companies (you know who they are), he actually advised me to downgrade until my business has grown more, because he understands that in order for his business to grow, my business needs to grow. That's impressive - and I see my business growing with them for quite some time in the future.
