Not sure how I can put into words how well this app has worked for us. It’s allowed us to email customers automatically after 3 weeks of purchase to offer them discount on next purchase when they leave a review. The reviews coming in have made sales increase to new customers, and also made the existing ones feel rewarded for their loyalty. The app was easy to install and i customised the colours to suit our site... and emails too. I have now got a good collection of reviews so I have created a dedicated reviews page on the site too which automatically showcases our items. I have probably only scratched the surface of the app’s capability and haven’t used all social features yet. All I know is that our conversion rate on the site is now at 13% and a month ago we were at 9%. I would also like to thank Kaushik at stamped for delivering some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced. He went out of his way to help me with an issue coding the colours of the reviews when I embedded them into a 3rd party search app... who had left me to my own devises.
