Transcy 是人性化的翻譯軟體,操作介面直覺,同時客服人員相當可靠且非常有耐心,儘管修改翻譯過程遇到一些問題,客服人員還是不厭其煩的幫忙處理,是一個非常良好的翻譯軟體,之後有別的網站也會繼續使用。
