MP Size Chart & Size Guide

I've been struggling with a professional looking approach to getting size charts onto our store, in a way that was easy to manage, flexible, had good support, and was low cost. I have to admit, that I went into trying this product (the first of any size chart apps I tried) with very low expectations. The product being free to install, I expected something so professional to have a premium price tied to it. The reviews looked good/promising so I gave it a shot.
Clicking around I was struggling a bit, and clicked a button for chat support. To be honest I felt like I was in Best Buy and the person was asking if I needed help. NOPE! ACCIDENT! SORRY GO AWAY!!! I didn't say that exactly, but I did say it was an accident.
Jasmine was polite and said if I had questions to let her know. Swallowing my pride after 5 more minutes of clicking mindlessly I asked Jasmine through the chat how to do a few things and about some of the features. 10 minutes later, I've got a professional size chart on the store, done with ease. In a world where chat sessions are run by bots, with scripted answers... or where you have to wait on hold on a phone for a LONG time... or where you have to pay for support... Jasmine was there ALMOST immediately, was friendly, helpful, gave me recommendations/consultation on what the chart should look like. Does this review feel scripted? Canned? Pre-planned? I assure you it's not. This is a great app with no hidden "gotcha's", and now I feel like I have a new friend in Jasmine that I need to send a Christmas card to every year. I can't say enough good about this app. If you need a size chart on your site.... seriously. Look no further. You found it.
