The app is seriously so great (also syncs with Amazon and Gorgias) and the team behind it is amazing. Literally, I never received a reply more than two minutes after sending my messages. Our customer success manager is also so helpful in setting things up for us. SO EASY - especially compared to others we have used in the past. Highly recommend!
