We use Timesact for displaying and processing our pre-orders. Apps are great, but it's their support that truly shines the light on their true worth. I have been blown away by Timesact's support!
I sent a one line message to support and within a few hours, Andrei asked if he could get access to have a look in our admin. Then a couple of hours later, I had a video that explained why/how we'd messed things up and the easy solution to get it all good again.
