*(this review is for FireApps Customer Support tech named Scarlet). I installed the app today on my Shopify store with the help of Scarlet, via the chat box. She was very responsive to my questions and helped me get the app set up on my site which I appreciated. She was friendly, as well so she deserves 5-stars. As for the app, I hope that it will increase sales to my site. I've been considering a Reviews app for long time and finally got one installed and glad I did.
