BOLD AI Upsell & Cross‑Sell

BoldApps is really great to deal with for troubleshooting. They normally respond within 24 hours which is great. Normally it's sooner than that if the problem isn't huge. I had a great experience with Brendin recently who works for Bold.

One things I'd love to see in the future is Live Chat as Bold's support phone number is always 'busy'. But they are great with email so for now it's great.
