The app is now reinstalled and working perfectly and as a goodwill Bart increased our quota. The app in itself is great and offers discount schemes and strategies that no other app offers. However thats where it stops, support take a while to reply and don't fix issues. This app was causing bother all over our site. They then wanted us to upgrade as we had reached our quota to look into the issue more.
