I am just starting with the app and had to contact support about a technical issue; Yussef replied fast, patiently and efficiently, sorting out the coding issue in a couple of hours. I mentioned i was not comfortable with inserting a code, even with the guide provided, and he kindly offered to sort it out for me, withing minutes of emailing each other about it. I am very impressed and look forward to start with the app.
