Littledata ‑ The Data Layer

We use LittleData to help make sense of what visitors are doing on our website. It enhances the data that is being sent to Segment and Google Analytics by tagging Spotify-specific events for us. My favorite part of this service is the customer service. We had a problem recently and the LittleData team worked with us to solve the issue we were in just over a week. I talked with the same rep the entire time and was provided with many updates along the way. No breaks in communication and clear direction on the issues that were found.
