We’ve worked with Littledata for over a year, and it’s hands down the easiest, most reliable platform we use. Every process runs smoothly, the team is incredibly knowledgeable, and the data accuracy, whether in Klaviyo or Google Ads, is unmatched. Even when other systems fail, Littledata acts as a safety net, keeping our reporting seamless. External gencies we work with are equally impressed. If your business relies on data, you need to talk to these guys.
Littledata has been one of the most valuable apps we’ve added to our Shopify stack. After dealing with inconsistent tracking and unreliable data being sent to our advertising platforms, Littledata finally fixed the problem. It gives us confidence that the correct purchase data is actually being sent to platforms like Meta and Google, which makes a huge difference when you’re trying to optimize ad performance.
The setup was straightforward, the tracking is far more accurate, and the visibility into what’s happening behind the scenes has been incredibly helpful. Their support team has also been excellent whenever we’ve had questions.
If you rely on accurate marketing attribution and clean data for your ad platforms, we cannot recommend Littledata enough. It’s been a game changer for our business.
Great customer service! Responsive, reliable and accurate.
Littledata – The Data Layer is one of those apps you install and immediately wonder how you ever debugged Shopify tracking without it.
Setup is straightforward, and once it’s running you get a clear, reliable data layer that makes analytics tooling behave the way it should. It’s especially strong for getting consistent ecommerce events through to GA4 and other platforms without the usual Shopify “mystery gaps,” duplicated events, or attribution weirdness. Having a single source of truth for customer and purchase activity (that you can actually trust) saves a ton of time compared to patching together pixels, scripts, and half-working workarounds.
What I like most is the stability: the events are well-structured, implementation feels thoughtful, and it reduces ongoing maintenance rather than adding another moving part. Support has also been very responsive and practical.
If you care about accurate conversion tracking, clean event data, and less time spent chasing discrepancies between Shopify and your analytics tools, this is an easy recommendation.
Only good experiences with customer service. Works reliably and Littledata seem to be very much on top of changes in Google, etc.
Amazing onboarding experience. The team is incredibly helpful and genuinely supports you through every step of the process. Claudiu was especially fantastic!
Great CS experience to help understand our data better
Excellent (small) team, great communicating. Video call for the setup to ensure it was done properly, and a follow up to iron out a few things. Product fit proven with clarity. Highly recommend.
I'm using Facebook, Google, Tiktok and Klaviyo ads/systems and tracking works very well, it's reporting >99% same as Shipify so all is very well. Also Facebook and Google get all info about purchases and revenue correct (I'm new to tiktok and klaviyo so I do not check those yet very much).
I'll describe the situation, and you decide whether it's worth it. I tested on a single Google Ads channel with almost 100% of orders qualified for that channel. The result: a little over 50% of conversions were not counted. This is a disaster. It already affected campaign optimization and the campaign results (Performance Max), and I also paid almost $23 for this super tracking. I strongly discourage it; it’s better to install native Shopify because it counts better. PS. This isn’t the only store; with another one it was around 30%. The support, though friendly, assures me that everything is OK.
