I'm using Facebook, Google, Tiktok and Klaviyo ads/systems and tracking works very well, it's reporting >99% same as Shipify so all is very well. Also Facebook and Google get all info about purchases and revenue correct (I'm new to tiktok and klaviyo so I do not check those yet very much).
Excellent (small) team, great communicating. Video call for the setup to ensure it was done properly, and a follow up to iron out a few things. Product fit proven with clarity. Highly recommend.
I'll describe the situation, and you decide whether it's worth it. I tested on a single Google Ads channel with almost 100% of orders qualified for that channel. The result: a little over 50% of conversions were not counted. This is a disaster. It already affected campaign optimization and the campaign results (Performance Max), and I also paid almost $23 for this super tracking. I strongly discourage it; it’s better to install native Shopify because it counts better. PS. This isn’t the only store; with another one it was around 30%. The support, though friendly, assures me that everything is OK.
Littledata – The Data Layer is one of those apps you install and immediately wonder how you ever debugged Shopify tracking without it.
Setup is straightforward, and once it’s running you get a clear, reliable data layer that makes analytics tooling behave the way it should. It’s especially strong for getting consistent ecommerce events through to GA4 and other platforms without the usual Shopify “mystery gaps,” duplicated events, or attribution weirdness. Having a single source of truth for customer and purchase activity (that you can actually trust) saves a ton of time compared to patching together pixels, scripts, and half-working workarounds.
What I like most is the stability: the events are well-structured, implementation feels thoughtful, and it reduces ongoing maintenance rather than adding another moving part. Support has also been very responsive and practical.
If you care about accurate conversion tracking, clean event data, and less time spent chasing discrepancies between Shopify and your analytics tools, this is an easy recommendation.
Only good experiences with customer service. Works reliably and Littledata seem to be very much on top of changes in Google, etc.
Really straightforward implementation and very responsive/helpful customer service.
Simple and effective, does what it needs to do. Support also great, responses are quick and helpfull
Really easy to implement, fast support when needed.
Really got my GA4 numbers on point again after migrated to Shopify. Also REALLY good event increase in Meta and support good to go server side on Klaviyo to not miss anything for flows.
Works as expected. No issues whatsoever. Google Ads, Facebook/Meta and GA4.
Great support by Claudiu!
It worked perfectly, Claudiu's support clarified our doubts, the conversion attributions are 100% correct now, we recommend littledata!
