Rich Returns & Exchanges

We have been using Rich Returns for a couple weeks now and so far, so good! We are on the basic plan and while it does not accommodate exchanges, it does expedite the entire return process and makes refunds very simple! The support team has been very helpful and quick to respond which is great. We are hoping for a few updates to the app that will make Rich Returns even more competitive with larger, more popular return apps, but all in all this has been a great app to get our returns organized, in one place, and to expedite the process. Highly Recommend!
