Still figuring out the app and how to best utilize it for my company. I had questions and contacted support via the built in chat support. I was surprised to be chatting with a live agent rather than a bot. The agent, PL, that assisted me with professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She was able to sort our my questions. Very happy with the service.
