I was confused on how to fulfill my order because it was showing items out of stock, and Neva guided me through and helped me understand what I needed to do and guided me every step of the way. I was stressing out and she was able to help me resolve my issue and was able to fulfill my order for my customers without my customer even realizing there was a potential shipping issue
