Rep AI has transformed our customer service and had a significant impact on our conversion rate. The integrations with apps such as Yotpo Reviews and our customer help desk, Gorgias, have allowed us to provide relevant information to our customers when they need it, and efficiently pass off any specific inquiries to our team.

After 2 months of use, REP AI has so far been a very positive experience and has become a critical part of our tech stack. The best part is the AI will continue to get better as it interacts with more and more of our customers. The Rep team is also extremely helpful, proactive, and efficient.
