Not only has Rep increased revenue and conversion, but it's helped decrease the amount of support tickets our team was getting. Between the excellent onboarding and how well Rep works straight out of the box, it's easy to recommend!

We've been using RepAI for the last month as our first AI Live Chat functionality on the site. The set-up and onboarding was fantastic - we're a larger retailer so the RepAI team really did the vast majority for us, setting up bespoke responses and ensuring it really delivered on what we needed it to do, as well as matching our brand voice.

We've now finished our free trial and moved into a retainer basis with a dedicated account handler. There's still some refinement to go, and ongoing improvements and ways to make it even more efficient for us, and useful for customers. But I'm excited to see what it can do.

Others have mentioned the price of the app. I have to say, if you work out how much money it's generating for you in sales, and saving you customers contacting your customer services team, it's actually very cost effective piece of kit.

Rep AI has been great! Its aided in boosting sales, and it has allowed for our customer service team to focus on more involved tasks through its ability to answer common, less-involved questions right on our website. The setup process was fairly easy, and the customer support staff was very dedicated to making sure our implementation process went smoothly. Definitely worth it!

ZERO transparency ! After installing the app, it takes you to their website and there you got prices starting from $299/ month ! That's not even close to $29 / month how they advertise here. BIG RED FLAG !

To address your concern - as we explained in our previous email to you, and as detailed on our website and Shopify, while we do have a $29 plan, your store falls under our $299 plan due to your product count: our $29 plan is available for stores with up to 100 products; you have 3,101 products, which make the $299 plan the right fit for you. That's why you could sign up for this package only.

It has been a life saver for us, by cutting down customer service time by more than 90%. Customers love being able to chat 24/7, and 93% of customers were happy with the replies received, and one it three customers who chatted, went on to place an order. It also makes placing an order for the customer really easy. This works straight out of the box, and you can easily adapt it and add specific answers to questions. Support if required is fast and friendly too.
