Hello Rep is a fantastic tool. The ease of deployment is astonishing, and the included plugins make the experience even better. Training the chat, customizing the bubble, testing, and going live is incredibly simple and refreshing. After working on many software implementations, this felt like a breath of fresh air during the go-live phase. Even after deployment, the experience continues to be amazing. Highly recommended!

Rep AI made integrating AI into our Shopify store effortless. The onboarding was outstanding, the team gave patient, hands‑on support for non‑technical users and took the time to really understand our brand. Integration was fast, and within the first week we saw a clear reduction in manual work as the chatbot started answering customer questions accurately.

Rep AI handled our promotions and product suggestions well, driving additional sales. Their tailored approach (including concierge services) fit our needs and delivered real value. Support has been exceptional, the best AI service we’ve used. Highly recommended for growing e‑commerce businesses.

paid for annual subscription - shut me off after 8 months and a certain number of views. I couldn't view billing history or anything in the app. One button was available "upgrade" for $500 per month. Good app but definitely not worth $550 per month for a basic LLM.

Rep AI has been a total game changer for our store. It genuinely feels like having a 24/7 sales associate that understands our products and helps customers decide in real time. Setup was quick and easy, the team is super responsive (shoutout to Dafi!), and we’ve seen a huge lift in engagement and conversions since installing it. I wanted to love it but when I go in and look at the chat records, it seems like most people are leaving them feeling kind of annoyed and frustrated. It's very much what you would expect from talking to AI...

Lots of confident-sounding answers that often don't actually address the question the customer is asking and lead to circular conversations.

Sometimes it's great and fully on point but the thing you can't measure that worried me is all the people who were turned off by the experience. As I think we all know by now, AI is alluring to us as business owners but the public seems to have some pretty strong negative feelings about it and it's a bit of a tightrope. For this reason I'm pulling the plug for now.

Great app for answering basic customer questions when the folks who work at our small business are, understandably, asleep. They're always adding new features and we're excited to try some of the action flows that will facilitate things like cancellation or address changing for our customers!
EDIT Back a year later to say these folks are still awesome, especially when it comes to fine tuning the model during high-impact moments like BFCM. Shout out to Dafi for help with that!!
