It's difficult to put into words how incredible the Rep AI platform truly is. It has completely revolutionized both our work processes and our customers' experiences. Our conversion rate has significantly improved as a result. We can't recommend it highly enough.
Not only has Rep increased revenue and conversion, but it's helped decrease the amount of support tickets our team was getting. Between the excellent onboarding and how well Rep works straight out of the box, it's easy to recommend!

I highly recommend Rep.AI. Their AI-powered concierge aka chatbot has helped us to increase our AOV, conversion rate and overall sales. They have some awesome features, like the ability to notify our customers when out-of-stock items come back online. I really like the ability to customize the chatbots responses so that it matches our brands tone of voice. Their recent ChatGPT integration was able to parse all of our sites blog posts, reviews and FAQs to teach the concierge how to answer questions from our customers. This has been a game changer as I often get tired of answering the same question over and over... LOL. The Rep.ai team is super helpful, responsive and even has a dedicated Slack channel where we can get near real time help. The AI is able to answer questions and suggest our bestsellers, our combo packs, segment options through requested categories. Overall, we are very happy with the experience it provides our customers.
With Rep terra20 has been able to exceed our customrs experience expectations when it comes to customer service and online shopping, making our store easy ato navigate. I recommend 100% Rep AI for any e-commerce business
Rep AI is an amazing software that actually works! It has eliminated a big chunk of our customer service manual responses and helped with increasing shoppers cart sizes.
I was an early adopter of Rep and could not be more pleased. The people at Rep are responsive (which is nice) and honest with regard to setting realistic expectations. Because this bot learns, implementation isn't instant. However, the responses are better on the customer side for the same reason. It's very much like getting a custom-designed AI response bot for every store.
I highly recommend this app.
