we've been using rich returns for several years now, there has been some improvements the last few months and we are using the app with our shopify shop much more now. The customer service is always really helpful and you receive answers in a speedy manor. so if you ever have a problem, can't find a speicific setting or just have some feedback in general, you can be sure you'll receive help from an actual person and not just a bot. the integration with shopify is good and works well. No complaints on our side at all.
A really nice tool to have on your shop ! With a lot of customizations and a very helpful and friendly support. It is a must have for any companies.
