Can we take a minute to appreciate Jel and the customer service team? THEY ARE INCREDIBLE. I've never seen such dedicated, quick, polite and extra customer service in my entire life. I went in to just ask a question and they legit gave me free stuff on my plan. Where would you get that? I can't actually express my gratitude. I won't even talk about the app much. It is beyond useful if you want to stand out and build a community and their UI makes it so much easy to set up everything. Totally recommended from me.
