The support I received from Jel was fast, clear, and resolved my issue. She also went above and beyond to make sure that a couple other matters she noticed were addressed as well - which she did NOT have to do. She made it very easy for me to find what I needed and was SO FAST! I have had such great experiences with the support crew at Rivo and can't say enough good things about their promptness and competence.

So far, so good. It's my first day with this app and, as you probably know, new widget setup is always a "thing". Thankfully Bryan made my experience really easy.

When I needed help or had a question Bryan responded almost immediately. Bonus points for following us on social media after **actually** looking at our profile–meant a lot in the moment.
