Nice product and good customer service team. However, once you have a real problem, the technical team takes forever to come back to you. Found out that my review requests didn't send like they are supposed to do, and it took the technical team more than 5 days to even pick up the ticket.
Sorry guys, you can have a good CS team, but if the technical follow-up is not there, the delivery fails.

Their support is fantastic but I've gotta say, the layout/style is quite ugly and you can't customise anything to the point of making it look good

You can of course custom CSS it but that's a lot of work and the premade CSS themes are really basic, it's a shame because if they had some modern and up to date themes baked into the customisation the app would be much better

It's also directly tied to the product, if you want to also have a review slider/testimonial too you need another app just for that

Sometimes slow and just loading infinitely, also I'd like a feature to manually create reviews

I have been using this app since October. The app has not been able to email requests for a review to any customers. Customer service acknowledged the issue and said the development team was addressing it. Unfortunately, there was never a resolution to the issue, and they suggested I try a different app.

Did anyone else have issues with the review request feature automatically emailing review requests once an order was delivered?

Arianne is a sweetheart and was knowledgeable and helpful with setting up our reviews for our store! RIVO has been a great experience with their other products as well. It’s been three days now since installing the Product reviews widget, and the issue we’re having is that we requested to have the “Powered by RIVO” branding removed twice, then today was the third time. Each time they remove it, then it’s back later in the day or the next day. Not liking that at all!
