When I first saw the app, I liked it a lot. I took the time to fully set it up, but when it came to importing the reviews I had, the problems started. Out of 23 reviews, only 3 or 4 would upload. I followed all the steps, checked the emails, the product codes, etc., but the issue persisted. My last option was to contact the online support team, but my experience wasn’t the best. They took too long to respond, and at one point, they just stopped replying. Later, someone else wrote to me, supposedly taking over from their colleague.
Guys, the minimum you should do is let customers know if another person will be handling the case or if the wait time will be longer. Not everyone has time to spare, and many of us use our sleeping hours to work.
Very glitchy - when you remove the app it leaves pieces of code all over the place - for example having deleted the app I now cannot remove the blank 5 star ratings underneath all of my products. I also cannot seem to get onto their support team without reinstalling the app. Absolutely stupid and incredibly disruptive.
Further update: unfortunately, I've had to change my rating from 5 star to just 1 star.
Since I started using the app, it has not collected a single review from my customers.
I've now been waiting 3 months for the issue to be fixed. Each time I ask for an update, I'm told they're working on it.
Extremely frustrating given that collecting reviews is the basic function of the app.

Just a follow up to my earlier review, as I've now been using the app for a few weeks. I had issues importing reviews using excel csv and Jamie was very patient with me and extremely helpful.
It's now working perfectly (using google docs instead of excel) and I couldn't be happier.

A great app, very easy to set up with excellent guides.
It's aesthetically pleasing (many other review apps I tried, looked awful and spammy on my website).
I got in touch with the developers as I was hoping to make some tweaks to how the reviews are displayed on my site to remove a few elements. Adrian replied very quickly and could not have been more helpful.
I'm very pleased with both the support and how the app looks.

COMPLETE AND UTTER RUBBISH! I had it installed and fully set up since mid-December (Now End of Feb 2025 I'm rewriting this). It turns out, after all the sales were made and all were confirmed on their system, that NOT A SINGLE EMAIL REQUEST WAS SENT OUT!!! So this application does nothing! Not even the one thing they say it does! Don't waste your time on this and lose out on reviews because this rubbish doesn't work at all! Honestly waste of time!

App is not working or doing the one objective it's meant to do!
i installed the app as per the recommendation of other people to collect reviews for my store, but my experience has been nothing but a complete disappointment.
since the beginning it has not sent one single request to any of my customers. I reached to their support in order to fix it, and my case has been just getting escalated to a different team, but non of the less, with no fix or solution or even a timeframe when this can be sorted out.
this has done nothing so far except wasting time and effort, and instead of building up and having already collected reviews for the store, i have to start over by searching for another app that can really do its job.

Terrible customer experience. App wasn't sending review requests from Day 1 of going live with our new Shopify store. Tech support not able to provide any clarity on the issue or resolve the problem. Had to uninstall and seek an alternative review app.

App wouldn't send review requests, so it never collected reviews. Customer support said they needed to be given access to my store in order to help--apparently they can't see what their app is doing on their end. I declined and was sent to another customer support team. In the end, I just deleted the app and switched to a better app for collecting reviews.
Pretty useless app, i think most of the 5 stars are because of their prompt support initially when setting up the app.
The problem i faced when i installed and setup the app was that even before the shipment has reached the customers' address, it started to send emails requesting for reviews in spite of the settings showing that a review email will be sent after 7 days of delivery. I immediately raised a concern over their chat support, but i have received no replies to that as yet!
Pretty disappointing.

TLDR: Awful app, Had a horrific time with the support staff in the end had to uninstall this app and move to a different review service that we are beyond satisfied with.
Installed this app, didn't look too bad, had a alright feature set for the price, shortly after installing we noticed that review requests were being sent out immediately despite having set them in the app to send 14 days after dispatch, we flagged this to support and a ticket was opened after months of chasing and asking for a timeline on the resolution we got nothing, not being able to bear the harm being caused, and not receiving any reviews due to the immediate request(Before customers had received their orders) we were left with no choice to remove this app from our store and move over to a different provider that we are extremely happy with.
We will not be using this service ever again and I encourage you not to either!
Happy at first easy to set up.
After 3 weeks all I can say is I'm disappointed. the only feature of app is to leave a review on the website products. I have escalated that to the team as it seems impossible to upload reviews. 3 weeks pass by and they still trying to fix the issue... no progress .
