Pete was a great. He quickly helped me remove the "sample" reviews were place holders! I'm looking forward to see how Rivo will help my store to grow!

Paul should be THE face for customer service PERIOD across the entire software/app space.
WOW.
I am literally blown away how fast he is, kind, funny, smart, willing to help so much, and did more than I asked!
WOW!
I am blown away by Rivo because of him.
Not only that, he is the king of GIFs. He put those in the chat blazing fast!
The interaction was so fun and on the gifs on point!

I really like this app, it is so user-friendly. It is very automatic and the contact support is very helpful. Abbie gave me some tips to improve my page, which is something I really appreciated. I will definitely continue exploring what the app has to offer.
