I'm not usually one to write reviews, but this reviews app deserves a review!
I installed the Rivo reviews app yesterday, followed by the Rivo Loyalty App and so far I have really enjoyed the process and I am really impressed by the whole user experience both for myself and my customers. Pete helped me on their speedy chat function and was really helpful and friendly. I tried 4/5 rival apps before finding this one. So glad that I persevered! Will be recommending to other start-up Shopify users.

So far the app seems super streamlined and the support extremely friendly and helpful (and quick to respond!). This is especially impressive for a free app. I still need to import my reviews from the app I was using before, but I think this will fit the bill. Thanks!
