My review is for Betty, the agent who helped me. She was fantastic! Friendly, warm, and engaging. I never felt rushed while she guided me through several issues. One issue could not be resolved, but that was no fault of her at all. It was just a minor limitation with my chosen them. If all the customer service reps are like her, then I will be referring everyone to Rivo. And if they are not like her, I suggest she gives some training classes. :) Thank you so much, Betty!

The best customer support ever. Arianne was just outstanding. I truly mean that. She was so helpful. If I could give her 10 stars I would. She is the best and Rivo products are the best.

This app seems awesome.

I have been trying different apps, and the truth is I returned to Rivo because they have such awesome support. So many apps take days to figure something out. Rivo always seems to help right away. I am so impressed with their service, and their apps.

I use Rivo for another app, and decided to move our reviews app from another big app to Rivo's. Their product is much easier to work with, looks cleaner, and the customer support is definitely better.
