Great App, I recommend. Customer service is reactive and pro. 4 stars because one feature is missing : import reviews from another product in your store.
Only started using the app, but the customer service is great! Incredibly responsive and helped me get my reviews migrated from Etsy and formatted on my Shopify store over night.

1. Perfect and very fast technical support
2. This is completely free. Don't confuse with Ryviu.com, just like me and other youtubers. This app is completely free and very useful for shopify owner like me.
