i needed review for my site so i used this app for my reviews, I needed help with installation and the support was very quick and responsive,also needed a adjustment and it was done straight away.The app itself is good,Looks good on my site and looks good on mobile and for the price if just starting out you could not go wrong,very good will recommend.
Among all of the Shopify apps that import reviews from Amazon, we are choosing and sticking with this app. Their support team is amazing! We had certain requirements as to how the reviews will be displayed on the website and they are able to accommodate. They were also very responsive to all of our inquiries, and helpful to our requests.

this is a nice app does just what it is suppose and the customer free help is very generous. I would recommend this to any shop.
App itself does not have major issue. Cannot export then import reviews to other sites, does not support product handler in other languages I guess.
Inconsistent customer support quality and speed, sometimes they do things really quick, sometimes they just spend a lot of time in fixing some really minor issues.
Buyer beware if you need things to be urgently complete on production site. For development environment it should be alright I guess as you got time to spend with them.

The CS shown the best effort to remedy even though you still need extra time to talk to them. They are really hardworking. Changed review rating from 3 stars to 5 stars.
