Route has been amazing and is constantly innovating and improving their product offering. We've recently started using the beta for the Klaviyo post purchase flow integrations, and it's been great! Looking forward to seeing what else Route comes out with in the future! Our customer support team has thanked me for getting this service installed for them as well, it has taken a load off of their shoulders as well.

Setting up Route was easy and effortless, and our customers really like it. We weren't sure if it would be something they would use so we leave the toggle off and let them manually toggle it, and we've had a lot of customers add it to their order. It's been helpful for them to track their order and easy for us if any packages get lost or damaged.

Route's interface is super easy to navigate, user-friendly, and adding your branded content is effortless. Route thought of everything when it comes to clearly communicating with your customers. This app has been amazing! It has removed a lot of customer service issues off of my team by offering insurance on the package. Route handles the customers claim and allows my team to focus on sales and shipping!

Essential for any E-commerce at any stage, while offering shipping security to customers in pandemic times and the volatility of working with multiple delivery carriers. Simple to set-up and get started, with speedy support. Greatly helps to provide a relief mechanism both to customers, and triaging pipeline for the core CS Team. Super reasonable pricing for value provided - a no brainer vs. calling and waiting hours to be attended by shipping carrier telephone support or filing claims that go no-where fast. If you want to have professional level of shipping issue support, get Route!

My #1 App hands down in our Shopify store. Makes it super easy for customers to add insurance and requires zero work from the shop owner side. Claims are easily handled directly on the back end with the awesome Route support team. Don't go another day without this app.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Get this app, it is a no brainer! It adds the trust factor that new customers need to buy on a random website! Even if you're an established brand, it's a great option/service to give your customers because of all of the craziness going on with shipping these days and theft of products on doorsteps. It costs you nothing and the customer has a choice to pay a minimal fee to get incredible protection, so you have nothing to lose. The app is not perfect, but they're trying to provide a great product that they're constantly improving as much as they can within the confines of Shopify's rules, are always very helpful and have great customer support. Give them a try and be patient if things aren't perfect right away. I've had Route since Summer 2020 and have definitely seen a boost in conversions and believe that Route contributed significantly to that increase in conversion.
