I needed a back up plan to protect my customers against the ever growing lost and damaged USPS packages. This was an easy integration, and hassle free on my end for customers to file claims. I am very happy with this app!
Great service! The deadlines for filing the claim can be very confusing and inconvenient for customers whose packages are lost or just not updated for a long time, but the staff are accommodating and reply back to our emails to help us out. We appreciate it their service very much.
I have selected a 5 because I have not experienced any problems with Route! All my customers love it, and it gives a sense of assurance to my customers that their package will arrive safe and sound.

Route is pretty much automatic and makes tons of sense for both us and our customers. We've replaced countless "lost shipments" so having Route for backup is really nice.

As a shop owner, the last thing I want to do is disappoint a shopper. As long as they purchase the insurance, they are all set should something go wrong. The claim process was fast, with no fuss!
This app really gives my customers peace of mind when they make a purchase with my company. We love it and recommend it! I feel that without it people are more hesitant to purchase my products because they can be damaged in the mail so easily.
The representative contacted me back very quickly and was very eager to help. I wasn’t even a quarter into my website. Installation was a breeze. I love that my customers are protected. This is something I use often, myself. It’s easy to promote a product you trust and believe in.

Australian Shopify user and like a lot of ecommerce business's we were having our fair share of problems with AusPosts losing parcel's and having to recover unhappy customers.
