I had a problem I could not solve on my own, luckily the live chat is there and Ken Michael helped me successfully within minutes. Always a good customer support and Rush is definitely recommended!

Very good app, I was listening to a podcast where they explained why is it so good to have a feature like this in Shopify, I gave it a try. Very good experience overall, support is very helpful and quick. It has all the features I was looking for. Finally, an integration with Omnisend not just Klaviyo is a big plus. It even has a small carrier integration in my country in the Centra-Eastern Europe region.

The team at Rush have been extremely helpful. Adding the app and setting up the tracking page was a snap, but then the Rush team helped me add some upsell/crosell banners to my checkout page, and helped me draft email flows so my customers get tracking updates via email. I could not recommend Rush enough.

By far the best shipping app I've used so far! It's like having the best features of Aftership and Tracktor combined into one, with a way better UI and customization. Their customer support is incredible as well! They were easily able to add customizations to the tracking page that made it look so much better, and improved the experience for my customers. Incredible work!
