Good experience so far. Have not used the app long enough to measure the true ROI but the support has been excellent, even helping me build a complete order update flow inside of Klaviyo. Would recommend.

Esta aplicación permite de forma muy sencilla integrar la página de seguimiento del pedido dentro de tu tienda, totalmente personalizada y además te permite ocultar estados del paquete que no interesa que tus clientes vean.

I installed the app and started configuring my tracking page. I tried testing the app to see if it actually worked, and it ate up 3 of my credits. I reached out to support and their response was that my credits would refresh within a month. Really? I can't even test your app without using up my credits???

I'm seriously not impressed with the way this company will nickel-and-dime you to death with their credit system. I have used other tracking apps in the past, and they did not operate this way. Stay away from these guys. You'll get better value for your money elsewhere.

I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. It was just escalated.
We checked, and we saw there were 3 shipments marked as used out of 50 from the FREE plan. I'm happy to double your shipment quota for the first few months for you to "tried testing the app". There is also a 3-month free plan for stores that are just starting out.

If you want to try it again, let us know, and we will help you to your satisfaction. I'm also happy to jump with you on a call and help you with the setup.

I think Rush can be proud to have people so dedicated to our satisfaction in their customer service department, today I had the chance to be supported by Michael Ken and frankly I've never had such attention from any customer support, I've had an extraordinary experience, really, thank you Michael for your help, for designing my tracking page so beautifully in no time at all, I've already fallen in love with the application and your great support, I've got nothing else to say except thank you and thank you again!

I had a problem I could not solve on my own, luckily the live chat is there and Ken Michael helped me successfully within minutes. Always a good customer support and Rush is definitely recommended!

I really have to say that the support is extremely helpful. I rarely experience that with other apps. Also, the app is by far the best and helps me do my work more effectively. It's worth every cent.

Haven´t been using for a long time yet. But very impressed so far. We´ve tried many of the alternatives off similar tracking apps here on shopify. But nobody expect rush has been able to satisfy our needs with look-and-feel of tracking page. Aswell as making sure the translations/text is correct. For us that don´t have an english store.

Additionally they were the most affordable alternative also.
