This app has awesome support and the main reason I switched to this app is that they offer other customer reviews format on your landing page which you can also customize and can be easily shown to your potential web visitors.
Everything is good about this app. It's very professionnal and simple in the same time. And if sometimes it's not, their team is very helpful and reactive :)

Works well and is customizable. It imported reviews from my Etsy store to Shopify, I think only this app can do this. Support is helpfull too.
