The app itself is great for calculating commission on paid orders. Looked all over for one that would calculate on subtotal and allow to mark from accounting when paid. However, there is no customer service. Initially there was, and now for weeks we cannot get a response. Wondering if they sold the app or if new ownership will provide because has the potential to be great!
Sorry about your experience—we recently had a technical issue that affected incoming support emails, which caused delays in our responses. This has now been resolved.
Our in-app chat is handled by AI, and if something can’t be resolved there, it directs messages to our support email support@salesreps.io. We also review chat transcripts, including missed conversations.
We’ve been responding and also attempted to reach you, but it seems we may have missed each other.

I like how practical the app is and how it gets quicker to calculate commissions. The only issue with the app is that sometimes I delete a person from a Sales Representative and it appears again in the report. I hope it gets fixed soon.

(update 2021) For over 5 years of use, we are blown away at the simplicity yet effectiveness of this app, as we could not find a single app that can do what this does. NONE. This is the ONLY app that we have found that fully integrates an omni-channel commission manager for your sales associates, and you can have your associates use everything from discount codes, drop-down sales associate choosing at checkout, associate code entered by the customer, and so much more. Also, if you need custom coding done to truly make sure the app and all its features work on your website, the team and especially Yury have been absolutely AMAZING at adding any and all coding to our backend design. We are so grateful to have this app, could not have our sales team without it! (from 2018) So far I have been very pleased with the app. It has a TON of features for a very affordable price. Yury is great at customer service and promptly responds to any questions, and takes suggestions for app development. I also want to list my development suggestions here so the public may also gain good info, here is what I believe this app should also develop: -Multiple or tiered commission for the same associate (to help separate retail vs wholesale orders for same associate) Keep it up guys, thank you for finally having an affordable and all-in-one package interface for my business!
Great communication and service! We had an issue with commissions not being tracked via discount code and Yury was able to not only diagnose the problem, but had a patch within 24 hours!

This app is the solution to all of our information and reporting needs! I worked with Shopify Support for weeks and none of the many support staff I spoke with offered any solution, just expensive mis-information and suggestions of apps that didn't solve the problem. Thankfully, I found this app and problems solved! Shopify Support was not knowledgeable of the apps available right there in the Shopify App Store. Their lack of knowledge caused me weeks of frustration and Shopify was about to lose a customer had I not discovered this app.
This commissions app is extremely confusing, very buggy and customer support is never available during the day here in the U.S., and when they finally are available at night time, they don't respond. The reports are extremely difficult to understand and when I export them there are lots of duplicate orders shown, and not assigned to the correct rep even though I've setup the tags for the rep on both the customer and orders. I've spent hours trying to figure this thing out with no help. Not a good app at all.

Regarding customer support, we understand that it can be frustrating when we are not available during the day in the U.S. We strive to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible, and we are continuously working to improve our support availability.
As for the reports, we understand that they may be difficult to understand at first. However, we try to provide as much information as possible to help you make informed decisions about your sales commissions.
Regarding the CSV format, we understand that it may be different from what you are used to. However, it is a standard format for exporting data and can be easily imported into other tools for further analysis. If you have any specific concerns about the CSV format or the data it contains, please let us know and we will do our best to assist you.

Just signed up for the 7 day trial. Loaded my 10 sales reps and their existing accounts. I am now going to try this App out for the next 90 days. Platform worked great getting integrated with my store. Yuri was available via contact to answer my questions. Very straightforward so far. fingers crossed
Our company has found the SalesReps app to be a beneficial part of our dealer program. It allows us to track commissions on sales to make sure each dealer receives proper compensation. We look forward to growing our dealer base using this app!
I use this app to help track commission payouts with my sales reps. I looked at the different ones on shopify app store and this one seemed best. I like how it allows reps to enter in custom orders from within the shopify store.
