The customer service is phenomenal! The app itself is easy to work with and you can have the translation capacity enabled by contacting them, however the translations on your product page maybe a bit strange. You can manage your reviews and translate them yourself to English or whatever language you want but it is somewhat tedious. But its easy to import your reviews. You can prioritize the app to download photo review in the systems tab. All Good
