Great App! Used Instant Search + first and then switched to this one. In my opinion, the search performs the same, but this app is WAY easier to use/configure on the backend etc. And much less expensive. Very happy

To truly customize it you need help from support, in my case the support team in the beginning took time to respond maybe they ware away on holiday? I don't know but recently support has been way better so no more complains. I really recommend this app for anyone trying to improve search on their website.

Without doubt, the functionality Searchanise adds to our store is comparative to a Magento site and has saved us $$$'s in development costs. The support is EXCELLENT and the Searchanise team have always been able to resolve any issues or make any tweaks we have requested. If you have a large inventory store, i can not recommend this app enough.

I've been using the product for years. Recently they "upgraded" their plans and unless you change to a new plan they'll delete your account. I hate when companies force you into upgrades that you don't need. I mean it's only $77 a year increase but it's a dirty practice that all the app developers seem to be doing now. I'll stay with it for now but might look for other options.

At the same time, your point is certainly understandable. We wish we could arrange the changing of pricing model in a different way. However, we faced a situation when we had to choose a path that let us fully improve our product.

This is ***** starts - Great service from Roman A. He helped quickly and good. Very nice and now my shop works as i want it with the app :) This is ** stars. I asked the support for help to see if i get most out of the app or not. My concern is that I have not used it to the fulliest. Support (Not Roman, but another) just sent me a link to an article.
