Took my basic search box (spelling had to be exact match, no auto correct) to a professional looking search function that not only links to products but also the appropriate category section / blogs etc. Absolutely delighted! Checked out the competition before making this choice and I think this one looks the best. So happy.

I didn't even think about upgrading search. Little did I realize it's going to be the most important part of my shop. This app makes my shop professional and most importantly, it is going to help customers find what they need - quickly. I happen to be a picky designer, not wanting my shop to look like a collection of widgets, but rather a seamless design that suites my style. I sent an obnoxious list of design requests for very small changes to their team. Later in the day, it was all done! They've already put enough time into my shop to be worth years of subscriptions. I'm confident that if I ever get traffic, this app will help with sales - a lot. Not to mention, the search is phenomenal. I can type a misspelled part of a word, and it smartly searches descriptions and suggests the ideal results right away. You will no longer have to worry about customers knowing how to spell or even how to navigate your site. Some apps are glitchy, flash elements when loading, etc. Not this one. Smart Search Bar & Filters by Searchanise is a fantastic search app. We use it for both the search box and the "Narrow your Search" functionality on the sidebar. The search box has many capabilities, including matching of text in your product titles and descriptions. We sell automotive fasteners and have tens of thousands of cross-reference numbers, year/make/model combinations, part attributes such as length, width, height, etc. and Searchanise accommodates all of it. Our customers easily find what they need by searching nearly anything related to the product.

In addition, Searchanise accommodates synonyms of search terms, and you can add replacement words so that if somebody searches using an odd phrase or word you can have that redirect to the correct product.

You can also run many different reports. We run the Zero Results report frequently which shows us what customers are searching for, and allows us to figure out how best to direct that search in the future.

Finally, support is top-notch. This is a big team developing this product with a proper ticketing system, fast follow-up, complete answers to questions, proper escalation as needed, etc. Even for feature improvements you'll find they are very eager to hear your suggestions and often will roll out the changes quickly.

This app is well worth the money, I don't think we could run our business without it.

A very thoroughly design app, that allows site visitors to view all available types of pages within a search. The product filter function is particularly useful. Their support is outstanding and they seem happy to go above and beyond to help their customers. We are extremely satisfied with this app and the service and I am happy to recommend to all! 5 Stars, guys. :)

We had been using Seachanise prior to migrating over to Shopify and were excited to continue using them. The amount that you are able to customize the look, as well as the reporting, merchandising, upsell widgets, and filters are great, especially considering the price. We can tell by the difference in our analytics that Searchanise gives us a great ROI in the improved conversion from our customers that utilize the search on our site. We also use the app to provide the filters on our collection pages, since we have a large catalog and needed more than our theme allowed. We have seen some impact on the site speed from this, but we're hoping to figure out how to improve that issue. Searchanise also has great support and is quick to respond or help with such things as assisting in adding CSS to get their widgets to match our themes look. We've been using Searchanise for over two years now and love it.
