Not only does this app offer great analytics and the ability to use synonyms it also allows for curation of product lists that I slot into the product recommenders on my home page. Enterprise level features for hobbyist level pricing. Dev also responded quickly to a need for service and took care of some CSS changes without any intervention on my part, and followed up fixing until it was just to my liking.
We've been using this app for half a year now. It's very flexible, there is an option for almost anything you can imagine! The interface is a bit tricky to navigate though. Thankfully the Searchanise support is always quick and ready to help, just ask them a question.
Fantastic search app that was just what I was looking for. I had a specific need with my store that required an automated way of avoiding particular products appearing in search, and this app had the perfect feature to do just that. Great backend stats that help discover what my customers are searching for.
I used this app for the instant search widget. The functionality and the widget is great however the support does take a while to respond. But they make up for it, by providing solutions to your problems. They fixed a quite technical issue of ours. Much appreciated!
